Saturday was an amazing day! That night, I discovered I received an Award of Excellence in the Lake Granbury Art Association's Fall Juried Art Show for my piece "Majestic Pelican's Perch". This esteemed national show had over 300 submissions and selected 80 pieces for display. Although I couldn't attend the reception due to prior commitments, a fellow artist informed me of the news. I really wish I could have been there. I am incredibly honored just to have my work accepted, and winning an award among so many talented artists is beyond thrilling! Thank you so much to the Lake Granbury Art Association and juror Mary Rush Waters for this incredible opportunity and recognition! Congratulations to all the winners and artists included in this show!
This news topped off an extraordinary day! I'll be able to share some truly exciting news soon once everything is finalized. But honestly - my dreams are coming true!!! I can't wait to share this news with you!
"Wildflowers #2" Notecards Available Now!
I'm excited to announce that notecards are now available! I've collaborated with photographer Franny StCyr to capture stunning images of my artwork, highlighting the texture in each piece. I've had notecards printed featuring details from my piece WILDFLOWERS #2!
The notecards are sold in packs of 6, complete with A6 envelopes. Each card showcases a different image on the front, and the back includes some information about the piece along with my contact details.
They make a perfect gift for others or yourself!
